Tai Chi- Beginners Class

Tai Chi is a great practice for anybody to get into! It’s not necessary to learn some gigantic form to get into it. This class will cover a short, sweet, 13 posture Yang Style Tai Chi form, as well as a couple of basic warm up exercises. If you have never done Tai Chi before then this class is a great opportunity to check it out. Even if you have some experience you may find some value in returning to the basics. Saturday, June 8th at 11am: less is more!
